Overview

The Withdrawal button section of Settings controls how the floating button looks and where it appears on your storefront. A few small changes can make it blend right in with your brand.

Options

Where the button sits on the screen. Choose Bottom right (the default), Bottom left, or Bottom center. Pick a corner that won’t clash with other widgets like chat bubbles.
How large the button is: Small, Medium, or Large. Larger sizes are easier to spot; smaller sizes are more subtle.
The button’s fill colour. Defaults to black (#1A1A1A). Use the colour picker or type a hex code to match your brand.
The colour of the button’s label. Defaults to white (#FFFFFF). Make sure it contrasts well with the background colour so the text stays readable.
The label shown on the button. Defaults to “Withdraw from contract”, automatically shown in your customer’s language. Enter your own text (up to 80 characters) to override it, or clear the field to go back to the per-language defaults.
Use your store’s primary or accent colour for the background, and double-check the text colour stays readable against it.

Languages

The default button text and the customer-facing withdrawal flow are translated into several major EU languages — English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, and Spanish — and shown automatically based on the customer’s language. If you set your own custom button text, that exact text is used for everyone.
