Overview

Open any request (from the dashboard or the withdrawals list) to see its full details. This is where you review what the customer asked for, track where you are with it, and — if needed — resend the confirmation email.

What’s on the detail page

The page is organized into clear sections:
The order number (a link to the order in Shopify), the total amount, and the currency.
The customer’s name (a link to their Shopify profile), email, language, and country. If the customer’s data has been removed for GDPR reasons, that’s noted here.
A table of the products being withdrawn — image, title, options, the quantity withdrawn versus the quantity ordered, and the line price.
The reason the customer gave, if they chose to provide one.
A complete, time-stamped log of everything that happened — declaration submitted, confirmation submitted, emails sent or failed, status changes, and more. This is your audit trail.
At the top of the page you’ll also find a Resend confirmation email button, useful if the original email didn’t reach the customer.

Understanding the two statuses

Each withdrawal has two kinds of status. It’s important to understand the difference.

Compliance status

Set automatically by the app. It reflects where the customer is in the legal withdrawal process — you don’t change this yourself.

Processing status

Set by you. It tracks your own internal handling of the request — separate from the legal process.

Compliance status

This is the app’s automatic record of the request’s progress:

Processing status

This is your own tracking of where you are with the request. Choose a status from the dropdown and click Save status:
The Pending and Completed counts on the home dashboard are based on the processing status — so keeping these up to date keeps your dashboard accurate.

A typical processing flow

1

Open the request

Click into the withdrawal from the dashboard or list.
2

Review the details

Check the items, quantities, value, and reason. Confirm the compliance status shows Confirmation sent.
3

Issue any refund in Shopify

Use the linked order to process a refund through Shopify as you normally would.
4

Update the processing status

Set the status to Completed (or Rejected if you’re declining) and click Save status.

A note on records

Confirmation emails and the event timeline together form your proof that withdrawals were handled correctly. Keep these records in case you ever need to demonstrate compliance.

Set up email notifications

Control who gets alerted and how confirmation emails are sent.
