Overview

Getting started takes just a few minutes. You’ll install the app, then turn on the withdrawal button in your theme. There is only one required setup step after installation — the app guides you through it.

Step 1: Install from the Shopify App Store

Find the app

Go to the Shopify App Store and search for Clevyre EU Withdrawal Button.

Add the app

Click Add app to install it on your store. This is the same process as any other Shopify app.

Approve permissions

Shopify will ask you to approve the access the app needs (such as reading your orders and customers, and adding a block to your theme). Review it and click Install.
After installing, you land on the app’s home dashboard inside your Shopify admin.

Step 2: Enable the withdrawal button in your theme

When you first open the app, the home dashboard shows a Setup Guide with one step: “Enable the withdrawal footer link in your theme.” The button won’t appear on your storefront until you complete this step.

Open the theme editor

On the home dashboard, click Open theme editor in the Setup Guide card. This opens Shopify’s theme editor with the Clevyre EU Withdrawal Button block ready to add.

Add the block

Add the withdrawal button block to your theme (the footer is a good place). The block makes the floating button appear on every storefront page.

Save

Click Save in the top-right corner of the theme editor to apply the change.
Once the block is enabled, return to the app’s home dashboard — it automatically detects that the step is complete and marks the Setup Guide as done.

Step 3: Confirm the button is live

Visit your storefront. You should see the floating “Withdraw from contract” button in the corner you chose (the bottom-right by default). Clicking it opens the customer withdrawal page.
That’s it — your store now offers a compliant withdrawal process. The defaults are EU-ready out of the box (a 14-day withdrawal window and the legally required wording).
